Precision A/C Unit (TFHA)
HA series high-precision constant temperature and humidity machine is a new generation of constant temperature and humidity air conditioning of Chunke Air Conditioning. Its design and production have undergone a series of precise and detailed processing. Its air volume, temperature, and humidity can be set within a certain range to meet the requirements of customers at different times, and has the functions of energy saving and low noise. At the same time, the air conditioners of this series can be configured with different outlet connection requirements according to customer requirements, and can also be flexibly adjusted according to customer requirements on the external dimensions and power range of the unit.
This new design concept of air conditioning can be widely used in industrial production, laboratories, health care and other fields.
The series of units are designed and manufactured in compliance with international general refrigeration and electrical standards. Each configuration meets the EMV destruction experiment.
Feature Description:
Shape design
Aluminium profile frame is used for cabinet type structure with double plated steel plate welding (or screwed). The appearance is smooth and beautiful. The double layer steel plate is filled with heat preservation material and the inner surface is covered with heat preservation cotton to achieve good insulation effect. The complete electrical system is housed in a box with locks and switches for safe and reasonable operation.
Fan
High-quality centrifugal fan is used to adjust the speed through the inverter.
Filter
The use of wheat box filter, installation is more convenient.
Refrigeration and Control
Double compressor parallel cooling system;
The unit is cooled with chilled water or industrial water, and the cooling water flow can be adjusted automatically;
The scroll compressor directly evaporates and the system automatically adjusts the refrigerant flow balance.
humidifier
The system uses a high-precision electric humidifier.
Dehumidify
According to the air humidity requirements automatically open the compressor, provide enough cooling to achieve dehumidification effect.
heating
Share 2 heating methods:
Uses a condensing coil for the heat recovery function of the refrigeration system;
A PID controller electric heating and heating.
Heat recovery
The system is equipped with an additional condenser coil for heat recovery.
