Integrated Performance Laboratory
The factory has a comprehensive national accredited performance laboratory, which has been used for repeated tests, comparisons and corrections of software selections, and hence established a completely unique performance database for TECHFREE to reduce errors and ensure that the actual performance of the units from the factory fulfills the design conditions.
Besides testing the mechanical performance, efficiency and energy efficiency of the production units, we can also provide R&D and certification support. In recent years, TECHFREE has developed dual cooling source fresh air energy saving units, DX direct expansion inverter units, energy saving heat pipe units, dry coolers, EC fan module and other products from research, development, design and testing, all done under factory independent conditions.
Furthermore, in order to give customers more comprehensive view of product performance, TECHFREE provides comprehensive Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in self-owned laboratory, including air leakage rate test, deformation rate test, noise test, vibration test, electrical safety test, air volume and pressure test, unit performance test, control system test and a series of other test items to ensure product performance and quality meet project design requirements.
