Integrated Air Handling Unit
1. High-strength aluminum alloy frame with anti-cold bridge grade of TB1.
2. Adopting high-efficiency heat exchanger with long service life and high heat transfer efficiency.
3. Adopting domestic and foreign famous brand fans with high efficiency, long service life, low vibration, low noise, energy saving and environmental protection.
4. The design and structure of the unit meets the requirements of EN1886, AHRI430 and AHRI1350.
5. Intelligent control system
- TECH FREE integrated air handling unit can be configured according to the requirements of the indoor environment with different functions such as cooling, heating, filtration, heat pipe, heat recovery, humidification, UV sterilization, etc. At the same time, it comes with a programmable multifunctional DDC electronic control and automatic control device, power and water system devices, making on-site installation easier and faster. The unit has obtained the national patent (Patent No. ZL202022480496.0).
- This integrated structure and functional design makes the shape structure more complete, and all pipelines and circuits are assembled at the factory end, which makes site construction faster and more efficient. The integrated air handling unit requires good pre-consideration to match the design and site installation, such as water inlet and outlet location, piping configuration, power supply arrangement, control system and maintenance space. The unit has the characteristics of energy saving, low noise, high static pressure, high control accuracy, reliability and small vibration, high anti-corrosion, good sealing performance, good rainproof and dustproof performance, and can be installed outdoors, easy to install, beautiful appearance, etc.
