Acoustic EC Fan Cube Module
EC Fan Cube Module is installed in the fan section of the unit and can be combined freely according to the space of the fan section.

According to the standard of noise reduction, it can be divided into single panel structure and sound insulation panel structure.
Each EC Fan Cube Module can be combined freely according to the air volume, air pressure and space of original fan section designed by the original unit, increase or decrease, intelligent control, compact structure and space saving. Individual fan boxes are also available in bulk for easy installation and are suitable for tight spaces with size constraints.
For Acoustic EC Fan Cube Module, the internal structure of the casing is made of PU and sound-absorbing cotton, which can effectively reduce the air flow and the vibration generated by the fan. The fan casing is an independent structure, and the return air surface and supply air surface are designed with diversion, which can prevent the fan resonance caused by the airflow between the fans. In addition, there are cotton pads for shock absorption at the connection between the casing.
A single EC fan is installed independently on the panel and equipped with a set of simple hooks for single installation and removal. In addition, the modular design can make the air volume of AHU using different numbers but the same type of fan, thereby reducing the type of spare parts, further improve the reliability, stand-by, reduce repair time and make installation and maintenance more convenient.
EC Fan Cube Module is an unique design by TECH FREE, it is ideally suited for retrofit AHU projects, particularly where a single large radial fan is being replaced.
